Anna University Recruitment 2021 : For the Post of JRF

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for appointment of Junior Research fellow (JRF) in DST-SERB sponsored project  under the supervision of Dr. Adaikkalam Vellaichamy, Associate professor, Anna University, Chennai-25 .

Project Entitled as -"Comparative Proteomics of Exosomes of Androgen-Dependent Cell Lines and Biofluids of Prostate Cancer Patients".

? Number of Positions - 01 for Junior Research Fellow.

? Essential Qualifications - Post Graduate degree (M.Sc.) with first class in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, other Biological/ life Sciences/ Post Graduate degree in professional courses (M. Tech) with first class in Biotechnology, Biopharmaceutical Technology & related subjects, or M.S (By Research) with first class in Biotechnology and related subjects, and preferably selected through any of the following:

• Selected through National Eligibility Test-CSIR-UGC NET including Lectureship and GATE.
• Selected through national level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.

? Desirable Qualifications - Experience in animal cell culture, analysis of proteins.

? Fellowship - Rs. 31,000/- + HRA as applicable.

1. Interested candidates are requested to send their complete bio-data (a template is given below) along with the attested copies of degree certificates, mark sheets, evidences of any other academic credentials and relevant publications to "The Head, Department of Biotechnology, Anna University, Chennai-600025" by post (only) on or before last date.
2. The envelope may be superscribed "Application for JRF Position in AV-DST-SERB project".
