How to apply for NIMCET 2014?

Application Fee & Payment Procedure:

General/OBC Category ₹ 1,800 /-
SC/ST Category ₹ 900 /-

Candidates are required to deposit the NIMCET 2014 processing fee through State Bank collect only. The print out of the e-receipt of payment need to be sent along with generated application to NIMCET-2014 office.

Broad guideline to pay fees through State Bank Collect is given below:

Step 1. Browse the url and click the State bank collect tab





Step 2. Check the terms and conditions and then click proceed.




Step 3. Select State name and Institute type and click “Go”.












Step 5. Select Payment Category type as “NIMCET 2014 EXAM FEES FOR GENERAL/OBC” OR “NIMCET 2014 EXAM FEES FOR ST/SC”.





Step 6. Fill up the relevant details as asked, then click submit and pay the fees as per available payment options. Following is an example screen shot:

Online Application form:

Before you start filling on-line application form, keep the scanned images of following documents ready for uploading:

a. Passport size photograph (not more than 30kb).
b. Signature (not more than 10kb).

Step 1. Log on to

Step 2. Click on “Login” tab, then click on “New User”.

Step 3. The candidate need to type their own username & password.

i. The username should not be less than six alpha-numeric characters with first two and last two characters as alphabets.
ii. Password of at least six alpha-numeric characters.
iii. Special characters are not allowed in Username & Password.

Step 4. Fill in application form with appropriate details.

Step 5. The candidates will be provided a unique Application Number after the successful filling of the online application form.

Step 6. Candidates have to remember their login, password, security questions and answers, email id entered in the application till the end of NIMCET-2014 process.

Step 7. Do not forget to enclose e-receipt with the generated application while posting it reach Secretary, NIMCET-2014 office. Applications without e-receipt will be rejected.

Step 8. Enclose all the documents that are required. The completely filled-in application form along with all enclosures should be sent to following address by speed post/registered post so as to reach on or before Tuesday, 17th April, 2014 [5 pm].

v.  Annexure IV Proforma of certificate to be issued by the Head of the institution / Principal of the college (wherein candidate has studying his/her qualifying degree)
