The company requires an employee who will be responsible for the interface between teams at Dell headquarters, the local contractors and team members responsible for maintenance and operations of the facility (including electrical systems, mechanical systems, janitorial services and all other aspects of the business operations).
The operations advisor of Facility will be Ensured the ongoing flawless operations of the specific areas of the business, will ensure that facilities problems are identified and repaired quickly, will ensure that contractors are delivering quality services and will make sure that all internal customer demands are being met. This individual will work to find creative ways to keep operational costs to minimum and will work outside of the box with the team members to improve efficiency and implement workspace of the future. Compliance with local laws is also required.

Educational Qualification and Experience
The applying candidates must be graduate with 8 – 10 years relevant industry experience out of which 3 years in managing facility independently and dealt with senior management.
