Job Details

Post Name – Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Project Title – “Design and Simulation of Silicon Carbide power devices for smart grid applications”

No. of vacancies – One (1)

Salary – Rs. 25000 per month

Job Location – Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification – M.Tech./M.E/MS degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or in equivalent streams.

Preference – Candidates having experience/specialization in device design, mathematical modeling of devices, semiconductor physics.

Age Limit – Maximum 28 years
