6. Pay Scale:

For SRF: INR 14,000 pm + HRA/MA

For JRF: INR 12,000 pm + HRA/MA

For RA: INR 36,000 pm + HRA/MA

7. Age Limit:

JRF: 28 Years

SRF: 32 Years

RA: 35 Years

8. Eligibility Criteria:

For JRF: Candidates should have done M.Sc. /B.E. /B. Tech. or equivalent degree with 55% marks and passing of NET/GATE test.

For SRF: Candidates should have done M.Sc./B.E./B. Tech. / or equivalent degree and at least 2 years of post-MSc./B.E./B. Tech. research/teaching experience and M.E./M. Tech. or equivalent degree in Engineering /Technology.

For RA (Research Associate): Candidates should have done Doctorate (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering/Physics/Material Science/Electrical Engineering/Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline with masters in microfabrication/nonlinear dynamical system/MEMS/NEMS/related subject relevant to the scope of the project or having 3 years of research, teaching and design & development experience after ME/M. Tech. /equivalent degree.

Preference will be given to the candidates who have valid GATE/NET Score Card.
