Eligibility Criteria

1. For Executive Engineer (Civil)

(I). Educational Qualification

a. The candidates must have first class Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent grade in Engineering (Civil Engineering) from a recognized University/Institute.

b. They must also have Knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and latest Management Technology/other relevant software.

(II). Experience

a. Candidates should have 5 years’ experience in relevant field as Engineer/Asst. Engineer (in PB-3 and GP of INR 5400/-) from CPWD/State PWD or similar Organized services/semi-Govt. /PSU /Statutory or Autonomous organizations/ Universities/reputed Institute or organizations under Central/State Govt.

b. Experience of Civil Engineering, Designing and estimation, Construction Management etc. as relevant to the profession.

2. For Assistant Librarian

(I). Educational Qualification

a. The applying candidates must have Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with CGPA of 6.5 in 10 point scale or at least 60% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic record with superior knowledge of computerized library service. (

b. They should have qualified in the national level test.

(II). Desirable

PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking or PGDCA or equivalent.

3. For Student Activities & Sports Officer

(I). Educational Qualification

a. The candidates must have first Class master’s Degree in Physical Education or Master’s Degree in Sports Science with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade in a point scale whichever grading system is followed with a consistently good academic record.

b. They should have qualified in the national level test.

(II). Desirable

Experience in guiding groups of students in creative activities.

4. For Superintendent

(I). Educational Qualification

a. The candidates must have a first class (Hons.) Bachelor Degree or equivalent grade from a recognized University or Institute in any discipline (In Universities without a system of Honors degree, equivalent number of courses).

b. Master’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute with excellent academic record.

c. Knowledge of Computer applications and automation viz. Word processing, Spread Sheet.

(II). Desirable

The employees working in IITs/ NITs/ Center Govt. / Autonomous bodies, the deserving candidates will be given preference and suitable moderation if any, may be granted by the screening committee appointed by the competent authority.

5. For Accountant

(I). Educational Qualification

a. The candidates must have first class Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with Honors in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent grade form a recognized University or Institute (In universities without a system of Honors degree, equivalent number of courses) Or Master’s Degree in Commerce/MBA (Finance) from a recognized University or Institute with excellent academic record.

b. Knowledge of Computer application viz. Word processing, Spread Sheet and computer-based accounting software.

(II). Desirable

a. A Chartered or Cost Accountant degree will be given preference.

b. The employees working in IITs/ NITs/ Center Govt. / Autonomous bodies, the deserving candidates will be given preference and suitable moderation if any, may be granted by the screening committee appointed by the competent authority.

6. For Technical Assistant

(I). Educational Qualification

First class Bachelor’s Degree (Honors) Degree in Sciences in relevant subject or equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute. Or first class Diploma in Engineering in relevant field with excellent academic record. Or Post-graduate degree in Science or B.E / B.Tech. in relevant field from a recognized University or Institute.

(II). Desirable

a. The working experience in relevant area shall be given preference.

b. The employees working in IITs/ NITs/ Center Govt. / Autonomous bodies, the deserving candidates will be given preference and suitable moderation if any, may be granted by the screening committee appointed by the competent authority.

7. For Junior Engineer

(I). Educational Qualification

The candidates applying for this post must have a first class Diploma in Engineering in relevant field with excellent academic record. Or Post-graduate degree in Science or B.E/B-Tech in relevant field from a recognized University or Institute.

(II). Desirable

The working experience in relevant area shall be given preference.

8. For Assistant

(I). Educational Qualification

a. The candidates applying for this post must have done 10+2 in any discipline with a minimum Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet Desirable.

b. Proficiency in other computer skills, Stenography skills.

c. First class Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject or equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute.

(II). Experience

The applicants must have 6 years at the level of Senior Assistant.

9. For Technician and Laboratory Assistant

(I). Educational Qualification

The applicants must have done B.Sc. Degree in relevant field from a recognized University / Institute with at least 60% marks.

(II). Desirable

They should have ITI Certificate of 2 years’ duration in appropriate trade. Or Diploma in Engineering of three years’ duration from a recognized Polytechnic/Institute.

10. For Work Assistant (Mechanical)

(I). Educational Qualification

The applying candidates should have Senior secondary (10+2) from recognized and ITI Course of one year of higher duration in appropriate trade Or Matric with at least 60% marks and ITI Certificate of 2 years’ duration in appropriate trade Or Diploma in Engineering of three years’ duration from a recognized Polytechnic/Institute.

(II). Desirable

The working experience in relevant area shall be given preference.

11. For Junior Assistant

(I). Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed 10+2 in any discipline with a minimum Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. and proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet.

(II). Desirable

a. Proficiency in other Computer and Stenography Skills.

b. First class Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject or equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute.

c. The higher qualification and working experience in relevant field shall be given preference.

Required Documents

The Candidates should submit self-attested photocopy of certificates and documents mentioned below in the same sequence.

Enclosing copies of appropriate certificates / documents shall be rejected.

Proof of Date of Birth (If not attached application will be rejected).

Category Certificate (For SC/ST/OBC Candidates only) if not attached, application will be considered in General Category.

Non-creamy Layer Certificate (for OBC candidates only, based on Parents Income). The Candidates are requested to submit the non-creamy layer certificate issued on or after 1st April 2015.

Person with Disability (PWD) Certificate from Competent Authority only will be accepted (for PWD candidates only.

10th Standard Certificate and Mark-Sheet.

10+2 Certificate and Mark-Sheet.

ITI certificates indicating duration of course and the trade (without certificate ITI qualification will not be considered).

Final Year Mark sheets / Grade Cards and Diploma /Degree Certificates for the Examinations mentioned in the Application Form in the same sequence. Any degree mentioned will not be considered unless copies of certificates are attached.

Experience Certificate from employer. Any experience claimed without certificate will not be considered.
