Job Details

1. Project Name: Development of Speech Based Multi-Level Person Authentication System

Post Offered: Project Engineer

Principal Investigator: Dr. R.H. Laskar, Asst. Prof, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering

Total Vacancies: 02

Duration: Up to 31st March, 2016

Eligibility criteria: Candidates should have done B.E. /B. Tech (ECE/CSE/IT) with minimum 60% or equivalent. Preference will be given to the experience holders.

Pay Scale: INR 18,000

Walk-in date: 12th Nov, 2015

 

2. Project Name: Feasibility Studies on use of Nonstandard Local Materials in Rural Roads of Manipur

Post Offered: Project Assistant

Principal Investigator: Dr. Pabitra Rajbongshi

Total Vacancies: 01

Duration: 01 Year

Age Limit: 28 Years

Pay Scale: INR 18,000+ 10% HRA

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have done Graduation in Civil Engineering. Candidate having valid GATE score and/or ME/M. Tech. (in Civil Engineering) will be given preference.

Walk-in-date: 20th Nov, 2015

 

How to apply?

Interested and eligible candidates may attend the walk in interview process according to the projects.

For Project 1: Candidates are required to report Dr. R.H. Laskar, Asst. Prof, Dept of ECE of NIT Silchar with the filled-in applications in the given format along with all original and one set of photocopies of documents by 9.30 AM in the Seminar Hall of ECE dept.

For Project 2: Candidates are required to report Dr. Pabitra Rajbongshi, Associate Professor, Civil Engineering. Department, NIT Silchar with the filled-in applications in the given format along with all original and one set of photocopies of documents by 10.00 AM on the date of interview in RPC Hall.
