A candidate must be either-
A citizen of India or
A subject of Nepal or
A subject of Bhutan or
A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Chief Manager and Senior Manager – Candidates should be Graduates in any stream of Mathematics/Statistics/Economics or Engineering with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA and Post-Graduation in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics or MBA in Finance/Banking/Risk Management or PG Diploma in Finance/Banking/Risk Management with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA.
Manager – Applying candidates must have a Graduation/Post Graduation degree in concerned field.
Chief Manager – Minimum 25 Years and Maximum 40 Years
Senior Manager – Minimum 25 Years and Maximum 35 Years
Manager – Minimum 23 Years and Maximum 35 Years
Selection Process – Group Discussion (50 marks) and Personal Interview (100 marks).
