SBI had conducted a Common Written Exam (CWE) for recruitment of candidates at the post of Probationary Officers in associate banks. The written test was conducted in the month of November, last year. The written test was divided into two parts: 200 marks objective test and 50 marks descriptive test.
SBI, one of the largest banks in the country, has invited applications for recruitment at 2886 posts. The selection process for the same has been divided into two parts: Phase I and Phase II.
The candidates who have cleared the CWE will now go through Phase II of the selection process. Phase II consisting of group discussion and personal interview will commence from 16th February 2015, wherein GD carries 20 marks and the interview holds 30 marks.
A total of 2886 job vacancies are to be filled:
State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur: 350 posts
State Bank of Hyderabad: 900 posts
State Bank of Mysore: 500 posts
State Bank of Patiala: 100 posts
State Bank of Travancore: 1,136 posts
