CSIR NET Application Form 2024 – How to Apply Online?
To fill out the application form, you must fulfill the CSIR NET Eligibility Criteria. Check the steps given below to learn how to fill CSIR NET 2024 Application Form :
Step 1- CSIR NET Registration 2024
Visit the official NTA website.
If you have already registered for the exam, then you may log in to the website. But if you are a new user, you will have to register yourself first
New candidates have to click on the "New Registration" button.
An instruction page will open.
Read all the instructions carefully, then click on the checkbox to accept the terms & conditions.
After this, click the “Click Here to Proceed” button.
A new CSIR NET 2024 June Application form page will open.
Enter the personal details (name, mother’s name, father’s name, DOB, Address, etc.) as asked in the form and click on “Submit”.
Now, you are required to confirm the details. Click on “Yes” and “Final Submit” to complete the CSIR registration process.
After completing the registration process, you will get a unique Application Number on your Email ID and Mobile Number. You will have to use this application number to log in to the website to complete the CSIR NET Exam 2022 Application Form process.
Step 2 - Fill the details in the CSIR UGC NET Application Form
You have to fill in your academic and other details (Subject opted for NET, medium of paper, exam city, specialization, etc) in the CSIR NET Application Form 2024.
Note - The details must be appropriately filled otherwise your application form may get rejected.
After filling in the details, you should recheck it and then proceed to the next step.
In the next step, you have to upload your Photograph and Signature.

Step 3 – Upload Photograph & Signature
Click on the "Upload Image’ button to upload the required images. The photograph and signature must be in JPG/JPEG format only.
According to the official notification, the photograph should be
More than 10 kb and less than 200kb.
3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (Height) in dimension
Must have your name and date on it.
For signature, the dimensions are 3.5 cm in (length) x 1.5 cm in (Height), and the size should be more than 4kb and less than 200kb. Use a black pen for the Signature.
