For Trough cross bed relationship the P and R that is they have concave upward and tangential relationship with lower bed is true and they are truncated to the bottom bed so Q is false

no Trough cross-beds have lower surfaces which are curved or scoop shaped and truncate the underlying beds. The foreset beds are also curved and merge tangentially with the lower surface. They are associated with sand dune migration.[

5. Ans(B) Grouting Grouting refers to the injection of pumpable materials into a soil or rock formation to avoid seepage. 6. Ans(C) P is true, Q is true, R is true Trough cross beds are concave upward, truncated towards top and have tangential contact with the bottom. Refere to the attached figure for a diagram of trough cross beds.
