    "RNA polymerase Il (RNAP Il and Poi Il) is a protein-protein complex. It is one of the three RNAP enzymes found in the nucleus of eukaryotic cells. It catalyzes the transcription of DNA to synthesize precursors of mRNA and most snRNA and microRNA."

    Direct evidence that miRNA genes are transcribed by RNA polymerase Il (pol Il). The primary miRNA transcripts (pri-miRNAs) contain cap structures as well as poly(A) tails, which are the unique properties of class Il gene transcripts.

    Small interfering RNA (siRNA), sometimes known as short interfering RNA or silencing RNA, is a class of double-stranded RNA molecules, 20-25 base pairs in length, similar to miRNA, and operating within the RNA interference (RNAi) pathway. It interferes with the expression of specific genes with complementary nucleotide sequences by degrading mRNA after transcription, preventing translation.

    Eduncle Best Answer

    Length of train = 100 m

    length of bridge = 200 m

    width of bridge = 20 m

    time = 20 sec

    Total distance = 200 + 100 = 300 m

    Speed = Distance / time = 300 / 200 = 15 m/sec

    Speed = 15 * 18 / 5 km/hr

    54 km / hr

    "Fimbriae, or fimbriae tubae, are the finger-like projections located at the ends of the fallopian tubes, closest to the ovaries. The majority of the fimbriae do not touch the ovary but rather hover very close by, activated by hormones to catch a released egg and move it down into the fallopian tube."

    Fatty acids are synthesized in the cytosol, whereas acetyl CoA is formed from pyruvate in mitochondria. Hence, acetyl CoA must be transferred from mitochondria to the cytosol. Mitochondria, however, are not readily permeable to acetyl CoA. 28.

    Metachromatic leukodystrophy (MLD, also called arylsulfatase A deficiency) is a lysosomal storage disease which is commonly listed in the family of leukodystrophies as well as among the sphingolipidoses as it affects the metabolism of sphingolipide. Leukodystrophies affect the growth and/or development of myelin, the fatty covering which acts as an insulator around nerve fibers throughout the central and peripheral nervous systems. MLD involves cerebroside sulfate accumulation. Metachromatic leukodystrophy, like most enzyme deficiencies, has an autosomal recessive inheritance
