According to CSIR guidelines, aspirants can apply for the exam with their post-graduation subject or related to that.
As per your subject you can appear with Earth Science subject for CSIR NET exam. Make sure you also meet all the required criteria for exam.

According to exam guidelines, aspirants can apply for the exam with their post-graduation subject or related to that. And there is no subject is available in UGC NET for Civil branch. You can apply for GATE exam.
