GATE 2022 Notifications & Latest Changes

 

If you have appeared in the GATE 2022 Exam, then you must know all the important updates and notifications as per the officials. Following are the latest news for GATE Notification 2022:

Additional Rounds in the COAP 2022 Counselling process has been started. After completion of round A, officials have opened the offer portal for round B from 30th June 2022. Candidates can login and take action till 1st July 2022, 23:59 Hrs.

As per the latest CCMT 2022 Counselling process updates, Candidates who have been allotted a seat for the first time in round 2 have to upload their documents online.

Also, candidates have to specify their willingness (Freeze/Float/Slide) and Withdrawal in Round – 2 and submit the Payment of Seat Acceptance Fee before 1st July 2022 till 02:00 P.M.

As per the latest notification of CCMT Round-1, the last date for payment of seat acceptance fee, document submission, willingness (freeze/float/slide) and withdrawal has been extended up to 21st June 2022.

As per latest update, round V of GATE counselling has been started from 17th June 2022. Candidates logged in to participate till 19th June 2022.

Round IV of GATE counselling was organised from 10th -12th June 2022.

As per the latest news, some institutes changed the seat matrix and fees and added some new programs in CCMN counselling.

Candidates who have filled the counseling form on or before 6th June 2022 can reconsider their choice and make changes as per their preference. Check here the complete notification released by the officials.

As per the latest update, the registration procedure for the CCMT Counselling Process has started on 23rd May 2022. The last date to apply is 12th June 2022.

The First Round of GATE counselling has been conducted successfully. The next round will be held from 27th - 29th May 2022.  

As per the latest update, GATE Counselling has been started on 20th May 2022.  

The officials have released the tentative schedule for GATE on the official web portal of COAP.

According to the latest notifications, GATE 2022 Scorecard is available for download from 22nd March. You can log in to the website with your enrollment ID and password to download the scorecard.

According to the latest notifications, the officials have released the GATE 2022 Result on 17th March. You can log in to the website with your enrollment ID and password to view the scores.

As per latest updates, the GATE 2022 Exam Provisional Answer Key will release on 21st February 2022. Candidates can challenge the answer key till 25th February 2022.

IIT Kharagpur has closed the correction window on 12th November 2021.

The conducting authority has extended the GATE Application form dates from 28th September to 30th September 2021. 

According to the official website, candidates can submit their application form with a late fee from 1st October to 7th October 2021.

IIT KGP has added Leh as a new GATE Exam Centre 2022.

GATE 2022 exam will conduct on 5th, 6th, 12th, and 13th February 2022.

The officials have relased the GATE 2022 examination schedule.

Candidates are advised to keep their essential documents ready with them as they will require them for the counseling process.

There is a total of 29 subjects included from 2022. Two new subjects have been introduced in the exam which are:

(NM) Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering

(GE) Geomatics Engineering

Due to the current crisis of pandemics, the official has decided to drop the GATE exam 2022 on the international level. However international applicants can appear for the exam in Indian centres.

The exam organizing authority has decreased GATE 2022 centres in some zones.

The exam cities Sonepat, Panipat, and Idukki have been canceled.

GATE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

 

Before applying for the GATE 2023 exam, you must ensure the eligibility criteria i.e., education qualification and age limit. You have to fulfill all the eligibility criteria to get registered for the exam.

You must check out the below points for GATE 2023 eligibility.

Nationality- Indian and Foreign candidates are eligible.

GATE Age Limit- There is no age limit for GATE exam.

GATE 2023 Qualification- You should have cleared BE/B.Tech/B.Sc./B.com./B.Arch., M.Sc./M.A./MCA from a state /Central government-recognized institution.

If you are pursuing the final year of a bachelor's or equivalent exam, then you are eligible to apply for the exam.

GATE Admit Card

 

GATE Admit Card 2023 is an essential document to appear for the exam. 

While downloading the admit card, you must ensure that the details mentioned on the admit card are correct.

In case of any discrepancy, you can contact the official authorities.

You should carry the original photo id and its xerox copy along with the admit card.

 

 

GATE 2023 Answer Key

 

Answer keys provide you an idea about your marks and help you to know that you will select in the examination or not. The official will release the answer key 10-15 days after conducting the exam. You can easily download the key by login into the website.

You may also challenge the answer key if you are not satisfied with the official answer key. For this, you have to pay 500 INR for each question.

GATE Exam 2022 Result & Cut-off

 

As per the officials, the GATE 2022 result has been declared on 17th March 2022 by IIT Kharagpur.

The GATE 2022 cut-off has been released on the basis of the number of aspirants appeared, available seats & the GATE paper difficulty level.

From 22nd March 2022, the GATE 2022 scorecard is available for download on the official website for candidates who have qualified the examination.
