NTA has extended the date of the UGC NET Application form from 2nd March 2021 to 9th March 2021. Candidates who have missed the opportunity to fill the form, have a chance to apply for the December 2020 session.
NTA will conduct the UGC National Eligibility Test 2021 for Dec 2020 session from 2nd May to 17th May 2021.

The eligibility for the NTA NET Exam 2021 (Session Dec 2020) has been decided based on two major factors i.e. education qualification and age limit.
If you have completed post-graduation or have enrolled for the masters, then you can apply for this exam.
Candidates require 55% marks in their master’s degree for general/EWS category and 50% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD/ Transgender.
PhD degree holders can also apply for the UGC NET May 2021.
There is no age restriction to appear for the UGC NET May 2021 Assistant Professor post.
