Assertion (A): Technological changes is regarded as an important factor in the process of economic growth. Reason (R): Changes in the technology leads to increase in the productivity of labour, capital and other factor of production. You examine these two statements carefully and select the answer using the code given below: (1) Both (A) and (R) is individually true and (R) is the correct reason of (A).     65. Yet again, this seems to be a subjective question. In my opinion, option (1) is correct. It is obvious that technological coefficient has a huge bearing on economic growth. And according to me, this is because technology can increase the productivity of factors of production. For instance, the production in handloom industry is lesser than the mechanised mills.
