    Greetings!!

    4 ppm Calcium means 4000 μg Calcium. So in CaCO3 
    40 gm Calcium is present in 100 gm CaCO3, so 4000 μg Calcium will present in 10 mg CaCO3

    So the answer is 10 mg CaCO3 is required.
