    the question has typing error, because homotopicity Or heterotopicity is related to sterechemical relation between substituents attached to carbon atoms. the two hydrogens attached to Alpha carbon of propanoic acid are heterotopic in nature. it is because the replacement of two alpha hydrogens yield two enantiomers, hence are enantiotopic Or hetertopic in nature. therefore option A is correct
