Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore has Invited Applications for the Post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) sponsored by MHRD in the Department of Physics, School of Advanced Sciences.

The project is entitled “Degenerate Two Dimensional Semiconductor Nanostructures for Multifunctional Applications”.

? Number of Positions – 01 for Junior Research Fellow.

? Essential Qualifications –

1. M. Sc (Physics) with First class.
2. GATE/UGC-NET Qualified will be preferred.

? Desirable Qualifications - Basic knowledge of two-dimensional layered materials, semiconductor physics, and chemical vapor deposition.

? Emoluments – Rs.31,000 /- per month.
