Applications are invited for the Post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a research project sponsored by DBT, GoI in the Department of Life Science, National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
 
Project Entitled - “Biotechnological Approaches of Plant Associated Microbes for Improved Plant Productivity and Ecosystem Functioning in Mangrove Forest of Bhitarkanika, Odisha, India”
 
? Number of Positions - 01 for Junior Research Fellow.

? Essential Qualifications -  M.Sc./M.Tech in Life Science / Microbiology /Biochemistry / Zoology/ Biotechnology / Botany / Environmental Science/ Marine Biology/ Marine Science or related subjects with 60% marks or 6.50 CGPA in 10 point scale with GATE or NET of UGC / CSIR / ICMR / DBT / ICAR candidates.

? Desirable Qualifications - Research experience or knowledge in environmental microbiology, bacterial biofilm, mangrove biology and
coastal ecosystem will be preferred.

? Emoluments - Rs. 31,000 p.m.

2. Candidates will build a single pdf file and it is to be sent to Principal Investigator (surajit@nitrkl.ac.in, surajit.cas@gmail.com).
3. The candidates are also required to produce relevant documents mentioned in the application form (such as original of all mark sheets and certificates, research papers (if any), experience certificate (if any) etc. during interview.in case of any suppression of information / document provided earlier.
