    Option D is correct choice

Pyrrole is least basic as lone pair of nitrogen takes part on aromaticity of pyrrole means it is a part of aromatic ring and not available for donation

Pyridine is most basic as lone pair on nitrogen is available for donation

in between 1,2and 4 which is the most basic and why? can you please explain?

2nd molecule is pyrimidine...It is less basic than pyridine as there is 2 nitrogen group...Here electronic effects comes into effect...the nitrogen is electronegative atom it withdraw electrons towards itself and make the ring more shortage of electrons...So it is less basic than pyridine in which only 1 nitrogen withdraws pi electrons towards itself.. so electrons is more available for donation in case of pyridine than pyrimidine

IV is benzopyridine...It is also less basic than aniline...here solvation effect decides basicity.. The positive charge of benzopyridine on the nitrogen is harder to solvate due to steric repulsion of the nearby ring, whereas in pyridine, the small hydrogen atoms in place do not pose a strong steric hindrance for the solvation of the ion.
