In this time of global pandemic, the entire world is fighting against COVID-19. Everyone is doing their bit to help our government and COVID heroes to keep us all safe in this crisis.
COVID-19 is a disease caused by a strain of coronavirus. In COVID, ‘CO’ stands for corona, ‘VI’ for virus, and ‘D’ for disease. Formerly, this disease was referred to as ‘2019 novel coronavirus’ or ‘2019-nCoV.’ The COVID-19 virus is a new virus linked to the family of viruses as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS).
The symptoms include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. In more severe cases, the infection can cause pneumonia or breathing difficulties, similar to the flu (influenza) or the common cold, which are a lot more common than COVID-19. It is transmitted through direct contact with respiratory droplets of an infected person (generated through coughing and sneezing). As of now, there is no vaccine available for its treatment.
Currently, due to the increasing number of affected people, the government has released strict rules and regulations across the nation. While we all taking all the preventive measures and staying under the lockdown, Eduncle had organised a contest where you can share your thoughts about this situation giving priority to aesthetics, originality and creativity, while taking care of the quality of the technical subject knowledge. The submission of the entries has been closed. The winners will be announced on 25th June 2020 [Winner Announced : Check Here].
