Reason (R): Through his understanding, he threw light on authority as a part of the bureaucracy and had given three types of authority namely: traditional; charismatic and legal-rational. Both (A) and (R) are correct, and (R) is the correct explanation of (A). Both (A) and (R) are correct, but (R) is not the correct explanation of (A). O (A) is correct, but (R) is not correct. O(A) is wrong, and (R) is correct.

    max werber Bureaucracy defines bureaucracy as a higly structured, formalized and also an impersonal organization. he beliefs that an organization must have defined hierarchical structured and clear rules and regulations and lines of authority which govern it. bureaucracy merits , Division of labour, managerial hierarchy , formal selection, career orientation , formal rules. Both options are correct but both assertion and reason are not directly with each other. that's why option 2 is correct
