Management is an on-going process as the management starts at the formation of the company and ends when the company dissolves. Management starts with the setting up of objectives for the organization which is followed by planning for achieving those objectives. Then comes organizing in order to initiates those plans which is followed by controlling to check the effectiveness of the plans. This takes us to the first step that is planning.
