BIT-Ranchi Invites Application for the Post of Junior Research Fellow


Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under SAC, ISRO, Govt. of India sponsored project by the Birla Institute of Technology - Mesra, Ranchi in the Department of Remote Sensing.

The project is entitled as “National Wetland Inventory & Assessment (NWIA) Phase-II Project”.

? Number of Positions – 01 Junior Research Fellow (JRF).

? Essential Qualifications – M.Tech./ M.Sc in Remote Sensing/ Geoinformatics/ Earth Sciences and Allied discipline (with knowledge of RS & GIS) with 1st class.

? Desirable Qualifications – Good Knowledge in RS GIS Tools and S/W is preferable.

? Emoluments – Rs. 18,000/- per month + 15% HRA.

? How to Apply – Candidates who want to appear in Online-In-Interview should send their application in plain paper with a scanned copy of documents along with a detailed CV(in the single merged PDF file) to the PI through email: hod.rs@bitmesra.ac.in

? Selection Process - By Online Interview (Via Google Meet).
