Can you please explain the following question? (d2015,15)

    in that condition the frequency distribution start to increase from initial point then in the region from the circumference to these circle to other circles we will get o such points. after that when we will go more distance some point. if i go further the number of such points will increase till the outer rim of those two circles but after that no more point counted,

    each curve will be started from origin.. i go further from one circle to another circle we will get more and more point inside circular area. then at the circumference of the circle we would get maximum no. of such points further from the circumference of the circle . We will get no more points till the distance when i touch the rim of other two circles
