CeNS Recruitment 2021 - For the Post of JRF

Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a Research Project sponsored by the Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB) in  Centre for Nano and Soft Matter Sciences (CeNS), Bengaluru.

Project Entitled as  - “Rational Design, Synthesis, and Characterization of Optically Active Monomers and Dimers Capable of Exhibiting Technologically Significant Liquid Crystal Phases”.

? Number of Positions - 01 for Junior Research Fellow (JRF).

? Essential Qualifications -

1. 1. M.Sc. Degree in Organic Chemistry from recognized Universities/Institutes with a minimum of 60% (first class).
2. CSIR/UGC-NET qualified.
3. Candidates who appeared or appearing (within 30 days) for the final year/semester's exam with a minimum of 60 % Marks in the previous year/semesters may also apply.

? Desirable Experience - NET or GATE qualified is preferable.

? Emoluments -

1. As per SERB norms for NET or GATE qualified candidates.
2. Rs.18,000/- per month fixed for non GATE or NET qualified
