could you please Explain Hydrophobic Non polar interactions and how a non polar molecules form a hydrogen bonds.

    Hydrophobic Effect is a major driving force in protein folding. this is the tendency for hydrophobic molecules to isolate themselves from contact with water. As a consequence during protein folding the hydrophobic side chains (nonpolar)become buried in the interior of the protein.
