Csir net -part b - june 2014

In the following question (Q.No.108), we can prove all options wrong?! Answer key says option (3) is correct. Can I omit option 3 as a wrong one by using the following counter example?

    ok. I got it. I couldn't take sin 1/x as a counter example. Because, it will not maps all cauchy sequence to cauchy sequence. In question, they have asked like " any cauchy sequence"
