Dna can't open from hetrochromatin for #transcription, but it can be easily open for #replication.... why...???

    Because heterochromatin contains Histone Protein it... due to which no binding site is free to react with trascription machinery. While during replication Helicase enzyme move from origin (euchromatin region) and breaks H-bonds between base pair using ATP. during this time the Histone protein completely dissociate from DNA and rearranges on newly synthesised strands.
