Doubt of mathematical physics

explain me theorem 6 second statement with examples, I haven't understood it..... and also in first statement every 'a' belongs to G satisfy that eqn or any one element of G should satisfy that eqn so that G is abelian

    it's a theorem and the proof of theorem m attaching here.and some examples also. theorem are thumb rules for some entity you have to memorise them and proove them. if a group is it's own inverse if it's abelian or vice versa.
