Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow and Research Associates under DRDO sponsored by the Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL), Timarpur-Delhi.
? Number of Positions –
- 10 for Junior Research Fellow (JRF).
- 02 for Research Associate (RA).
? Essential Qualifications –
- Research Associate - Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Physics/Electronics/Material Science.
- JRF ( DRDO Fellowship) - M.Sc. in Physics/Electronics with first division.
- JRF (Own Fellowship) - M.Sc. in Physics/Electronics with first division.
? Desirable Qualifications – Candidates having experience in
- Research Associate - Research experience in the field of semiconductor materials and devices, fabrication, and characterization.
- JRF (Both Fellowship) - NET qualified will be preferred.
? Emoluments –
- RA - Rs. 54,000/- per month + 24% HRA.
- JRF - Rs. 31,000/- per month + 24% HRA.
