    In this question you have to find higher capital expenditure percentage for that you have to find capital expenditure is how many percent of total expenditure. Observe total expenditure only in 2013-14, 2015-16 and 2016-17 has more than 50% ( take a half of total expenditure for easy calculation.) 2015-16 not in option now remaining is 2013-14 and 2016-17 for that do calculation or by practice your speed will be increased. 2013-14 = 2324.26/4316.5*100=53% 2016-17= 5847.65/9614*100=60.82% So correct answer is option (b)

    Answer is option B (2016-17). because percentage of capital expenditure will be compared to total expenditure .5847.65/9614*100=60.824% even then there is doubt you are most welcome
