    M is hermition matrix and egien value of hermition matrix are real. B is matrix of LI Eigen vector of M So |B|≠0 And BMB^-1 is similar to D Where D is digonal matrix whose digonal are eigen value of M Since Eigen value of M are real so all entry of main digonal are real
