    Here is the detailed solution. understand this very attentively... because there is a rules for non equivalent electrons. Why I take J = 3/2 ? It arrives from l = 1 and S= 3/2 , L - S = -1/2 which we neglected now L + S = 3/2 which have lowest value. that is why I take J= 3/2.
