Give the proton decoupled spectra of 1) ethanol 2) neopentane 3) oxirane 4) ethylformate

    Spectra which show the spin-spin splitting, or coupling, between carbon-13 and the protons directly attached to it are called proton-coupled spectra or nondecoupled spectra Decoupling is the simplification of an NMR spectrum by irradiating the sample with radio-frequencies to remove the splitting caused by protons. if there is no coupling between proton and carbon is called as Proton decoupled spectra. if there is a coupling in between carbon and proton then the spectra will be very complicated that is what deep coupling will be used. I have attached PDF of all the 1h NMR and 13c decoupled spectra of all given compounds. if you have any doubts you can clear in doubt section thank you very much
