B Because f(x) is not equal to zero for any element x in Z3. And g(x)=0 for x=2 . Reason If h(x)=0 for some x in Zp then h(x) is ir/reducible over Zp. If h(x) is not equal to zero for all x in Zp, then h(x) is irreducible over Zp.
