No Dear. NET (National Eligibility Test) is conducted by UGC (University Grant Commission) twice in a year for different subjects, those who completed Master's can give UGC-NET Exam & if passed the exam eligible for either Asst. Professor or Junior Research Fellowship or both. If you are interested in becoming Law Professor then you must complete your LL.M. (Master Of Laws) then you can give UGC-NET Exam (For Law). Hence, answer for your question is big no.
