To become eligible for UGC net in law the candidate should have passed LLM exam with 55 percent marks. Candidate awaiting final year result or appearing in final year exam can also take the exam of UGC net. Since you are neither appeared/ appearing in final year LLM EXAM nor passed LLM with 55 percent exam you are not eligible for UGC net law exam. Diploma in labour law is not equivalent to master degree in law /LLM.
