    sometimes when t test and ANOVA do not give results chi square technique is used so yes sometimes it is used as parametric too

    Dear student A large sample size requires probability sampling (random), so chi square is not suitable for determining if sample is well represented in the population (parametric). This is why chi square behave well as a non parametric technique. I am sure it is best explained to you.
