    i attached one example, this will help you to understand how to slow these problem.. in these types of problem where you to have to find Hamiltonian from lagrangian, here first find conjugate momentum and write the derivative of position in terms of momentum and put it in the formula of Hamiltonian, you will get your desired result...

    you have to just memorise some formula of Lagrangian formulation. like H = pq'-L and generalised coordinate and momenta.it will help u alot.
