IIIT-Kalyani Recruitment 2020 - for the post of JRF in Department of Mathematics

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the Department of Science and Technology SERB sponsored project by the Indian Institute of Information Technology - Kalyani in the Department of Information Technology & Electronics.

The project is entitled “Investigation on the Propagation Characteristic of Thermo-Elastic Wave in Piezothermoelastic Media.”

?Number of Positions – 01 Junior Research Fellow (JRF).

?Essential Qualifications –

1. M. Sc. in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics/ Mathematics and Computing/ M. Tech. in Mathematics and Computing with 1st Class Or min. 60% marks/CGPA 6.5 (if the class is not awarded).
2. GATE Score or NET‐JRF will be given preferences.

?Desirable Qualifications – Computer programming skill.

?Emoluments – Rs. 31,000/- + HRA

1. Interested candidates are requested to apply by filling up the form prescribed in this advertisement and sending it by email to anirban@iiitkalyani.ac.in by 13th February 2021. Copies of all degrees, mark sheets, and GATE/NET scorecard, ID proof must also be attached. The application form should be filled in the prescribed template given on the webs.
2. Candidates may also send the hard copy of the application form duly signed and completed in all respects along with all necessary documents that have been sent by email. It should reach the following address on or before 20th February 2021 by Speed Post/Registered Post only.
