IIT-Hyderabad Recruitment 2020 - for the Post of JRF

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow under DST-SERB sponsored project by the Indian Institute of Technology - Hyderabad at the Department of Physics.

The project is entitled “Control on the Relaxor Behavior through Cation Engineering in Lead-Free Disordered Ferroelectrics to Attain the Optimum Recoverable Energy Storage Density"

?Number of Positions –  01 for Junior Research Fellow 

?Essential Qualifications – M.Sc (Physics, Applied Physics, Materials Science) / M. Tech (Materials Science, Nanoscience and Technology) with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

?Emoluments – 

1. Rs. 31,000/- per month + HRA for 1st & 2nd year
2. Rs. 35,000 pm + HRA for the 3rd year
