IIT Kharagpur Jobs 2020 : for the Post of Junior Research Fellow

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under an ICAR-National Agricultural Science Fund sponsored project by the Department of Agricultural and Food Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology - Kharagpur.

The project is entitled as “Production and Processing of Microalgal Biomass for Biodiesel and Other Industrially Important Co-products: An Algal Refinery Approach (BOI)”

? Number of Positions – 01 for Junior Research Fellow

? Essential Qualifications –

1. M.Sc/ M.Tech in Biotechnology, Botany, Agricultural Biotechnology.
2. Valid GATE/NET score.

? Desirable Qualifications – Experience in handling Algal Cultures will be preferred.

? Age Limit - 28 Years

? Emoluments – Up to Rs. 31,000/- per month (depending upon qualification and experience)

? How to Apply – Eligible and interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of the institute.

Steps to apply online are:

• Login- To fill up the online application, you have to Sign-Up (New User for the selective advertisement) and Log in with your Login ID, password, and Office Order No.
• FILL in the online application form- Fill up the Profile, Academic, Experience details. Upload scanned passport size photo and signature and finally freeze the application.
• PRINT the online application form- After freezing the online application, you will be able to generate a PDF document.

For this, your computer must have Adobe Acrobat Reader.
