Importance of f(q, p) in j. theor total time derivative of f(q.p) is given by df of of of dt9 dt df of dt oq ot

In Hamilton Jacobi theory, generating function plays a crucial role. Here total time derivative is of generating function is given (See image) but partial derivative of F(q., p) is vanished in second step, please explain.

    still question is not clear. according to me, may be mometa conserved or constant. because P =∆S/∆qk
