The miller indices of (111) indicates that the face has intersected the crystallographic axes at unit cell length which means that the parameter a,b,c of unit cell is 4,5 and 10 angstroms. Now face B is intersecting the axes at 12,15 and 10 angstroms which means that in terms of unit cell length their intersection is 3a,3b and c. Now for getting miller indices you have to reverse the intercept length i.e. 1/3, 1/3, 1; Normalising this (by multiplying 3 in all) will give (331). So (331) will be miller indices of face B.
