For inscribed angles some theorems are applied:
    (1)           According to Angle at centre theorem - an angle at the circumference of a circle is half the angle at the centre subtended by the same arc.
Hence angle APB = 1/2 of inner angle AOB
Outer angle AOB = 220 deg
                   Inner angle AOB = 360 deg – 220 deg = 140 deg
                   therefore, angle APB = 1/2 × 140 deg = 70 deg
    (2)          According to Angles subtended by the same arc theorem - angles subtended by the same arc at the circumference are equal.
Hence, both the angles, angle APB and angle AQB subtended by the same arc
                   AB, should be equal,
angle APB = angle AQB = 70 deg
