Is there in eduncle modules the given order of stability of carbocations correct ?

Miscellaneous carbocations are extremely stable but in this the stability of such cations is less than teritiary carbocation please explain the fact .

    cyclopropyl carcatio n is more satble due to dancing resonance and is more stable than aromatic
