Jadavpur University, Kolkata has Invited Applications for the Post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the Department of Science & Technology and Biotechnology sponsored project at Department of Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering.
The project is entitled “Valorization of Tomatoes Employing Gamma-Irradiation: Ultrasonic-Assisted Green Extraction of Serotonin-Melatonin from gamma-irradiated Tomatoes for Development of a Nutraceutical Food Product and a Nanoliposomal Food Supplement”.
? Number of Positions – 01 Junior Research Fellow.
? Essential Qualifications –
- M. Tech (Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering/Food Technology/ Biochemical Engineering/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering/ M.Sc. (Organic Science Food Science and Nutrition/Dietetics and Community Nutrition Management
- Preference will be given to NET/GATE qualifying examination.
? Desirable Qualifications - M. Tech (Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering/Food Technology/Biochemical Engineering/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering) with GATE.
? Emoluments – Rs.18,700/- per month.
? Age Limit - Must not be over 30 years.
