JRF Opening IN IIT-Bhubaneswar : For DST Sponsored Project

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the Department of Science and Technology DST sponsored project by the Indian Institute of Technology - Bhubaneswar in the School of Basic Sciences.

The project is entitled “Growth of Semiconductor Heterostructure Nanolayers for Solar Cell Application”

?Number of Positions – 01 Junior Research Fellow (JRF).

?Essential Qualifications –

1. M.Sc. (Physics/ Applied Physics)/B.E. (Eng. Physics)
2. GATE Score or NET‐JRF in Physical Sciences will be given preferences.

?Emoluments – Rs. 31,000/- + 16% HRA
